Jamillah Douglas-Foulkes is the founder and owner of Empower U and comes from Brooklyn NY. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern State University. Her master's degree is in human resources administration from Central Michigan University. She received her Life Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance and she specializes in relationships. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She believes that in order for you to become successful at everything in life you first have to have faith and confidence in you. You are your biggest cheerleader. She strongly believes in people and their ability to acknowledge when there is a need for change in their life. It's invigorating for clients when their brilliance reflects back at them and they begin to realize they already have all the answers they just needed help to bring it out. She helps you learn how to stop being a passenger in their relationships and become the Conductor of the relationships in their life.
She is dedicated to helping you reclaim your passion and transform how you feel about yourself, guiding you towards healthier relationships in your life.
